AEON 9000SP Air Compressor Oil9000sp Synthetic Oil is a high-performance fully synthetic air compressor oil produced by Gardner Denver, designed for screw compressors. AEON 9000SP Air Compressor Oil is a blend of PAO (polyalphaolefin) and MFSE (multifunctional synthetic ester), with excellent thermal stability and antioxidant properties, suitable for compressor operation needs in a variety of industrial environments. The unique formula of 9000sp Synthetic Oil ensures good lubricity and sealing under high temperature and high load conditions, thereby extending the service life of the compressor and improving operating efficiency.

1. Extended oil change interval: Compared with traditional mineral oil, the oil change interval of AEON 9000SP Air Compressor Oil9000sp Synthetic Oil can be extended to 8,000 hours, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

1. Initial Setup & Refilling

• Flush existing oil: Drain at 60-70°C (140-160°F) and clean lines with GD approved solvent.
• First oil filling: Add 18.9 litres (standard drum) until oil level reaches 50% of sight glass.
• Run-in check: Run at idle for 20 minutes and check for leaks.

2. Daily maintenance

• Top-up oil program: Only add oil when oil level drops below lower sight glass line during operation.
• Oil analysis: Sample every 1,000 hours (free of charge from GD partners).
• Complete change: Mandatory after 8,000 hours of operation or when viscosity exceeds ±15% of ISO VG 100.

3. Critical warning

• Do not mix: Contamination with mineral oils will cause gel formation - warranty void.
• Risk of overfilling: Excess oil will cause foaming and pressure drop - keep intermediate sight level.
