Product Operate Guide
Warning: Replacing an air end is a heavy-duty technical procedure requiring specialized tools (hoists, torque wrenches) and qualified personnel.
Safety First:
Ensure the compressor is completely shut down, locked out, and depressurized.
Disconnect all electrical wiring and discharge capacitors (if applicable).
Removal of Old Air End:
Drain the oil and remove the separator tank if necessary for access.
Disconnect the suction and discharge hoses/pipes from the old air end.
Disconnect the oil stop valve and oil lines.
Disconnect the coupling (Direct Drive) or remove the pulleys (Belt Drive).
Using a lifting hoist, unbolt and carefully remove the old air end from the chassis.
