1.Initial Setup & Safety

Placement: Install the compressor on a stable, level, and well-ventilated floor. Maintain at least 50cm clearance from walls for proper airflow and cooling.

Electrical Connection: Must be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the power supply matches the motor specifications (380V/3-Phase). Implement proper grounding and install a correctly rated circuit breaker.

Pre-Start Check: Verify the oil level is at the midpoint of the sight glass. Ensure the air outlet valve is CLOSED. Check that all fasteners are tight.

2.Daily Startup Procedure

Open the condensate drain valve at the bottom of the tank briefly to expel any accumulated moisture.

Turn on the main power switch. The compressor will start automatically (pressure switch in Auto mode) and begin building pressure.

Observe the initial startup. Listen for any abnormal noises and monitor the pressure gauge during the first cycle.

Once the compressor reaches the cut-out pressure and stops, it is ready for use. Slowly open the air outlet valve to connect your tool or system.

3.Shutdown & Maintenance

Normal Shutdown: Close the air outlet valve. Let the compressor run until it reaches cut-out pressure and stops automatically. Turn off the main power switch. Re-open the tank drain valve fully to release all condensate.
