Product Operate Guide
1. Before Starting (Daily Check)
Inspection: Visually check the compressor for any loose parts, oil leaks, or damage. Ensure the area around the unit is clean and well-ventilated.
Oil Level: Check the crankcase oil sight glass. The oil level must be maintained within the marked range. Use only recommended compressor oil.
Drain Tank: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air receiver tank to release any accumulated condensate.
Valves: Ensure the outlet valve is closed before start-up. The pressure switch should be in the "OFF" position.
2. Startup & Operation
Power On: Connect to the proper 380V power supply. Turn on the main power switch.
Start Compressor: The unit will start automatically if the pressure switch is set correctly. Allow it to run unloaded and build pressure to the cut-out setting. Listen for any unusual noises during the first few minutes.
Normal Use: Once the tank is pressurized, you may slowly open the outlet valve to use your pneumatic tools. Monitor the pressure gauge during operation.
3. Shutdown
Normal Stop: Close the outlet valve from the tank. Allow the compressor to unload and automatically stop as per the pressure switch setting. Then, turn off the main power switch.
Emergency Stop: Use the red emergency stop button only in case of immediate danger.
Post-Operation: After shutdown and before the tank pressure drops to zero, open the drain valve again to release moisture. This prevents internal corrosion.
