Product Description
The JRZ-IT-1.0/16 is a robust, heavy-duty reciprocating air compressor powered by a reliable 12 HP Diesel Engine. Engineered for environments where electricity is scarce or unstable, this unit delivers a substantial air flow of 1.0 m³/min (35 CFM) at a high working pressure of 1.6 MPa (16 Bar / 232 PSI).
Utilizing an efficient two-stage compression system with an intercooler, the JRZ-IT-1.0/16 ensures optimal performance and lower operating temperatures, even under high pressure. Its skid-mounted or portable design allows it to be easily transported to remote job sites.
Product Advantage
Total Energy Independence: The diesel engine allows for operation in any location, completely eliminating the need for external power sources or expensive generator setups.
High-Pressure Two-Stage Efficiency: The two-stage design compresses air in two steps, significantly reducing the load on the engine and fuel consumption compared to single-stage high-pressure compressors.
Fuel Efficiency: Modern diesel engines are designed to provide high torque at low RPM, offering better fuel economy compared to gasoline engines of the same power class.
Robust Build Quality: Combined with a heavy-duty cast-iron compressor pump and a rugged diesel engine, this unit is built to withstand harsh vibrations and dusty environments.
Versatile Mobility: Often mounted on a trolley or skid with lifting hooks, making it easy to load onto trucks or move around rough terrain.

Product Application
Mining & Quarrying: Essential for powering rock drills and pneumatic breakers in remote mines where no power grid exists.
Pipeline Construction & Testing: Used for pneumatic tools and hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines in field locations.
Blast Hole Drilling: Provides the necessary high pressure to drive down-the-hole (DTH) hammers for water well drilling or exploration.
Offshore & Marine Projects: A reliable air source for shipyards and offshore platforms where diesel is the primary fuel source.
Emergency & Disaster Relief: Deployed in disaster zones to power rescue tools and breathing air systems when infrastructure is down.
Product Operate Guide
Safety Warning: Diesel engines produce Carbon Monoxide. Never operate this compressor indoors or in confined spaces without proper exhaust ventilation. Always use personal hearing protection.
1. Pre-Start Checks:
Fuel: Check the diesel level. Ensure clean diesel fuel is used.
Oils: Check both the Engine Oil (dipstick) and the Compressor Pump Oil (sight glass/dipstick). Use the recommended grades for each.
Coolant: If water-cooled, check the radiator level.
Belts: Inspect the fan belt and compressor drive belt for tension and wear.
2. Starting the Engine:
Open the fuel valve (if equipped).
If equipped, pull the Decompression Lever (if the engine has one) to reduce starting resistance.
Turn the key to "START" (or pull the recoil cord). Release the decompression lever once the engine fires.
Let the engine idle at low RPM for 3-5 minutes to warm up the oil.
3. Loading the Compressor:
Ensure the air discharge valve is closed.
Slowly open the throttle to increase engine RPM to the working range (approx. 2200-3000 RPM).
Open the air discharge valve gradually.
Monitor Gauges: Watch the Low-Pressure gauge (Stage 1) and High-Pressure gauge (Stage 2). The High-Pressure gauge should rise to 16 Bar. The engine should smoke excessively at start but clear up under load.
4. Stopping:
Unload First: Close the air discharge valve.
Reduce engine RPM to idle.
Let the engine idle for 2-3 minutes to cool down.
Turn the key to "OFF".
Close the fuel valve (if applicable) to prevent backflow.
5. Maintenance:
Drain Water: Release condensate from the tank and intercooler daily.
Air Filter: Diesel engines operate in dusty environments; clean the engine air filter frequently.
Engine Oil Change: Change engine oil every 100 hours (heavy duty) or 200 hours (normal).
