1. Installation & Commissioning

Foundation & Ventilation: Place on a solid, level surface. Ensure at least 50cm of clearance on all sides, especially around the cooling fins and flywheel, for adequate ventilation.

Electrical Connection: MUST be connected by a qualified electrician to a dedicated 220V circuit with correct fuse/breaker rating and proper grounding. An undersized circuit can lead to motor failure.

Initial Oil Check & Fill: Before first start, confirm oil level is at the center of the sight glass. Use only the manufacturer-recommended compressor oil type.

Pipeline Connection: Use appropriately rated hoses (minimum ID) and secure all fittings with thread sealant tape to prevent leaks.

2. Running & Monitoring for High-Duty Use

Pre-Start Check (Daily): Drain tank condensate. Check oil level. Inspect for loose parts or leaks.

Start-up & Warm-up: Allow the compressor to run unloaded (with tank drain valve slightly open) for 2-3 minutes in cold environments to circulate oil.

In-Operation Monitoring:
