Product Operate Guide
Safety Warning: Always release air tank pressure before performing any maintenance. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface.
1. Installation:
Place the compressor at least 30cm away from walls to ensure proper ventilation.
Ensure the ambient temperature is below 40°C (104°F).
Check the oil level in the crankcase via the sight glass or dipstick. Fill with the correct grade of compressor oil if necessary (do not overfill).
2. First Start-Up (Break-in):
Open the air tank drain valve.
Start the motor and let it run unloaded for 10-15 minutes to circulate oil.
Close the drain valve and allow the tank to fill to the cut-out pressure.
Stop the compressor and check for any air or oil leaks.
3. Regular Operation:
Switch "ON" the power. The motor will start and build pressure.
Monitor the pressure gauge; the compressor will stop automatically when it reaches the cut-out pressure (approx. 8 Bar).
The compressor will restart automatically when pressure drops to the cut-in pressure (approx. 5-6 Bar).
4. Maintenance Reminders:
Drain Condensate: Open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank daily to release water. This prevents internal rust.
Check Belt Tension: Press the belt midway between pulleys; it should deflect about 10-15mm. Adjust if worn or loose.
Clean Air Intake Filter: Clean or replace the filter element every 200-500 hours depending on dust conditions.
